Welcome thelongexile
Hi, I’m Sara.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
During my bachelor’s degree, I specialized in Attachment Theory, studying how early relationships influence emotional development, identity, learning, and mental well-being throughout life.
I also completed 60 ECTS in Counseling and Guidance, where I studied communication, guidance, and personal development.
In addition, I have completed professional training in Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Theory (IoPT) and have practical experience guiding individuals in understanding trauma, attachment, identity, and childhood experiences.
My work combines knowledge from child development, attachment theory, counseling, learning, and trauma into a practical and easy-to-understand approach.
I believe that understanding ourselves is often the first step toward positive change.
Our Space
A calm refuge where healing and connection gently unfold.
Growing up without parents, I spent my life people-pleasing and searching for the love I never received. Sara helped me understand that I could become the caring parent I had always needed. Today, I treat myself with kindness, set healthy boundaries, and finally feel at peace with who I am.
